Janice M. (Mikota) Bauspies, 84, of Savannah, Mis­souri, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2025 in St. Joseph, Mo.
 Janice was born on March 31, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois to the late Joseph Mikota and Margaret Bonn.
 Jan was a member of the First Baptist Church of Savannah and enjoyed singing in the choir for many years throughout her life. She served others volunteer­ing at Mosaic Life Care Hospital. She cherished her friends, RV travel and attending life events with her 3 children, 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
 In addition to her parents, Jan was preceded in death by her spouse, Robert O. Bauspies, Sr.
 Jan is survived by her sister, Kay Paulin (Larry); three children, Robert O. Bauspies, Jr., Laurie Atwood (Kevin) and Melissa Powelson (Jeff); nine grandchildren, Tanya, Lindsey, Carissa (Ben), Micah, Kara (Keegan), and Jacob (Dakota) and ten great-grandchildren, Boone, Cali, Hunter, Jackson, James, Joshua, Kyah, Maddie, Mya and Peyton.
 Mrs. Bauspies has been cremated under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith. Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at the First Baptist Church of Savannah.
 In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Savannah.
