Nine new dog and handler teams officially became part of Pony Express Therapy Dogs. The ceremony was held Aug. 10 at Zion Church in St. Joseph. The group makes monthly visits to nursing homes, schools and libraries. They also participate in special events in Andrew, Buchanan, Clinton and Holt Counties.
