With prom season approaching, so is the heightened concern of teenage drunk or distracted driving.On Wednesday, April 23, a crew of Savannah’s first responders will be putting on a docudrama to teach the dangers of drunk and under-the-influence driving.A docudrama is a unique form of storytelling that combines real-life events with dramatic elements to create a powerful and emotional experience. It becomes a learning tool that helps students connect with real-world issues in a personal and meaningful way.Drunk driving is one of the most dangerous behaviors a person can engage in and when it involves teenagers, the risks are even higher.

Savannah FFA enjoys Ag Olympics; ready for state

Savannah FFA members gathered for their spring meeting where they took a break from competitions to enjoy some lighthearted fun with their Ag Olympics.Events like “Find the Bean in the Rice” and the “Race to Put on Official Dress” had members laughing while celebrating their shared passion for agriculture. Savannah FFA has had a busy and exciting spring, kicking off their annual Career Development Event (CDE) competition.
