One-car crash causes serious injuries to driver
A 46-year-old driver sustained serious injuries in a single- vehicle crash in Andrew County near the 57-mile marker on Interstate 29 around 11:35 p.m. on Sept. 30.

A 34-year-old St. Joseph resident charged with felony resisting arrest and misdemeanor driving while license suspended had what is likely a reasonable excuse for his failure to appear in court here on Aug. 13.
