Savannah Savages fall in District Championship
Four Savannah Savages signed their national letters of intent to continue their athletic careers at the next level. The four seniors joined their 10 other classmates that signed in early February.
The Savannah Savages enter the final week of the season having lost three of their last five games. After two-straight wins last week, the Savages fell to Chillicothe Monday night on the road.
The Savannah Boys Golf Team this season has been very exciting to watch. Their team is run by a very young community of boys.
The North Andrew Cardinals won three-straight for the first time since 2019 before a 5-1 loss to the Princeton Tigers Monday evening. North Andrew will travel to Pattonsburg on Thursday.“It’s always nice to compete and get some wins,” North Andrew coach Wade Bryson said.
The Savannah Savages bounced back from their two losses last week to win three-straight. The Savages won their final two games of the Pony Express Tournament and a Monday evening win over East Buchanan to bring their record to 14-8.“I thought we played well last week, the 10-0 score vs Park Hill looked bad but we really played pretty good,” Savannah coach Erich Bodenhausen said.

After a tough season last year that only came with four wins, the Savannah Savage girls soccer team is making a powerful comeback this year.The team has already gained six victories under their belt and they are not planning on stopping there with many more games this season to come. They are led by Head Coach Jeff O’Neal and Assistant Coach Ms.
It was another busy week for the Savannah Savages, playing six games in five days. The Savages ended the weekend in the WOW Wood Bat Championship but opened the week with a 10-0 loss to Park Hill in the opening round of the Pony Express Tournament.Savannah started the week with an 11-5 loss to the Maryville Spoofhounds.
It had been a while since the North Andrew baseball program secured a win, going back to May of 2023. The Cardinals enjoyed their win over Albany so much, they added another win Monday night against Stanberry.“I thought the boys played well in all aspects of the game,” said North Andrew coach Chris Russo.Jarom Russo and Tyson Wilmes each had two hits against Albany.
