SAVANNAH - A teenager accused of sodomizing a minor unsuccessfully lobbied an Andrew County judge for his release from jail during a recent court hearing. Charged with one felony count of first-degree sodomy, Randon Dean Schroff, 18, came to court in handcuffs and leg shackles from the Andrew County Jail.
While remaining in the Andrew County jail, Richardson appeared before Associate Circuit Judge Emily Bauman.
ANDREW COUNTY - A homeowner captured a suspected copper thief, holding him at gunpoint until law enforcement arrived. Shawn Michael Larison, 50, faces felony charges of burglary and first-degree property damage after his June 28.
