SAVANNAH - A teenager accused of sodomizing a minor unsuccessfully lobbied an Andrew County judge for his release from jail during a recent court hearing. Charged with one felony count of first-degree sodomy, Randon Dean Schroff, 18, came to court in handcuffs and leg shackles from the Andrew County Jail.
